6. Delivery and Installation

Risk of loss and title to products passes to the customer upon delivery or installation completion.

7. Returns and Refunds

Standard products may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition. Custom-made products are generally not returnable unless defective.

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 business days of receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
